Welcome!

I am a Licensed Psychologist specializing in individual, family, and couple's therapy with adolescents and adults. With my training in Cognitive-Behavioral, Gestalt, Psychodynamic, and Systems Therapies, I offer an eclectic approach. I also am available for consultation with other licensed mental health professionals. I have been in full-time private practice since 2004.

My desire is to create a safe, inviting environment. Therapy is often a daunting experience. With compassion and collaboration, I hope for us to become co-detectives, searching to put the pieces of the puzzle together. This can be exciting, because it is an opportunity to better understand yourself and things that might be underlying your pain. Together we will consider and create ways to address your concerns and goals.

We all need support and someone to help us hold up a mirror at times, and I strive to do so with the utmost respect and caring. I understand the journey and am honored to be on it with you. We all need tools to cope with day-to-day stress and unresolved issues that are interfering with some part of our functioning. I believe that we all have the potential to grow, become healthier, and learn how to heal our wounds. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you!
